These Terms apply when you visit contxt.store or purchase from CONTXT. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies linked on the site.

1. About CONTXT

CONTXT operates contxt.store. Questions can be sent to info@contxt.store.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the purchase in your country or region.

3. Products and Pricing

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may be updated without notice. Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. While we aim to show colours and details accurately, screens and production variations may affect appearance.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions or unusually large quantities. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You agree to provide complete and accurate order, billing and delivery information.

5. Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery estimates, charges, customs information and customer responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original branding, graphics, designs, product copy and media belong to CONTXT or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

You must not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or collect data without authorization; submit false information; or infringe the rights of CONTXT or others.

8. Third-Party Services

The store uses third-party services including Shopify and payment, delivery, analytics and marketing providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees and protections that apply where you live.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONTXT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer remedy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region give you additional rights or allow disputes to be brought in another jurisdiction, those rights are unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our store, services or legal obligations. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
