Refund policy

We allow refunds on most items, bundles, and promotions* (except sale items). Items must be in a resellable state, in their original packaging with their labels still on. Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, returns for full refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. For health and hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. To return an item, please contact info@ichors.co. Once your return is approved, our team will provide the delivery address for you to send back the parcel to us. We will issue the refund once we receive your parcel. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done.

Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few working days to show up on your card statement. Items purchased as ‘Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. If there is any dispute, ICHORS reserves the right of final decision.
