Returns & Refunds

No hard feelings if it’s not working out.

We don't do direct exchanges. If you bought the wrong size or changed your mind, return the item for a refund and place a new order whenever you're ready.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and completely free of odors or wear
In original packaging with all tags attached
In 100% resaleable condition

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will go back to the original payment method. If an item arrives with clear signs of wear, we unfortunately can't process a refund. We're happy to send it back to you—we'll just ask you to handle the return shipping fee.

Exceptions

Custom / Personalised Pieces: These are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Gear: If your package shows up damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can sort it out.
